Individual therapy

Wake Up believes that each person is unique with their own personal goals and challenges to work on. Therefore, once you have booked your appointment a consultation is arranged whereby you are given the time to be treated with respect in private surroundings so that you can feel comfortable and at ease to explain what is happening to you and have your concerns listened to. This is so you can feel confident throughout your treatment of what expectations you should have and what hypnotherapy can do for you.

Sessions last for approximately one hour and depending on your personal requirements a complementary recorded CD of the session is provided to help boost and amplify your success.

Fees – £79 per session.
